2015-08-12 Thomas: mpg123 1.22.4, a regression fix (updated)

With mpg123 version 1.14.1, free format support got broken by a bugfix.
Classic regression. This release fixes that and a regression test has
been added to the repository.

This regression bugs me so much that I prepared a little script to fix
it for any affected version you may have on your system with some reason
preventing you from simply upgrading. So, here it is:
mpg123-fix-freeformat-1.14.1-to-1.22.3.sh

I hope operating system distribution maintainers will pick this up to
avoid having folks locked in suboptimal mpg123 functionality for whole
distribution release cycles.
