Hi all!

Here comes our first update to GNOME 3.18, it has many fixes (several
wayland related), various improvements, documentation and translation
updates, we hope you'll enjoy it.

We will soon publish the schedule for our next release, and a first
development release, 3.19.1, should soon hit the streets.

Bruce, I think that there are so much dependencies that needs to be updated (see how many tickets created today are for gnome packages), that we'd better update gnome only after BLFS-7.8 is released.

I'm modifying accordingly. Please, if you find time to tag what is gnome in the book, it would be probably better.

Sorry, these observations are all the contrary of what I intended.

Although I've not found the announcement, it was scheduled for 2015.10.14, thus, will change the ticket summary to new point release 3.18.1.

Fixed at r16570:

• Update to gvfs-1.26.1.1.
• Update to gnome-keyring-3.18.2.
• Update to gcr-3.18.0.
• Update to gsettings-desktop-schemas-3.18.1.

All packages not having a comment Fixed at ... in the Description are fixed now, at r16574.

One was updated twice: gnome-keyring, to 3.18.2 at r16570 and to 3.18.3, now.

Two favours to ask:

Bruce, please verify that cheese works, as I am assuming.

Ken, please check the modifications for evince. I changed dependencies and other things that I don't remember now.
