A few comments:

  • I do not know whether they are new in this version, but assembly, epub3 and xhtml5 style sheets have been added.
  • As optional dependencies, the webhelp directory needs ant, saxon and xerces; the extensions directory needs python; the epub3 directory needs zip.
  • There is also a build.xml file in the main source directory, to allow using ant for installing the style sheets, but the documentation tells it is not ready yet.
  • Important: it seems to me that there are no required dependencies, since the package can be installed by just copying the files. The configuration instructions need xmlcatalog from libxml2, which should therefore be recommended. Anything else is optional, and I think libxslt should be listed there, as well as ant, saxon, xerces, python, zip (see above), and ruby, which is already there.

I'll commit something along the lines above, but please speak up if you think it is to detailed or irrelevant.
