Changes in libsoup from 2.52.1 to 2.52.2:

	* Fixed build under MinGW [Ignacio Casal Quintero]

	* Fix SoupServerWebsocketCallback handling so that the
          SoupClientContext passed to it is still valid.

	* Added a .deps file to define dependencies for valac
	  [Rico Tzschichholz]
