• New authentication plugin for clients connecting on Windows using
  named pipes.
• New SSPI/GSSAPI/Kerberos authentication plugin
• Galera library has been updated from 25.3.9 to 25.3.12. 

This release includes all bug fixes from MariaDB 5.5.47, MariaDB
10.0.23, and MariaDB Galera Cluster 10.0.23 releases.
