Remove XChat

Description
I see no need for XChat, which hasn't had a new release in years, to stay in the book, when there is an actively developed fork (Hexchat) already there.

I use XChat. It works well for me. We have lots of duplicates for other applications, i.e. editors. If it is not changing, there is no significant savings by removing it.
