Fixed at revision 17410.
biblatex-biber upstream uses 'current'. How a user is supposed to know if the 'current' he already downloaded is the same as the upstream 'current', I don't know. I changed the script to output 'manual' and will create a new ticket in the 'hold' group to keep from highlighting it in the daily checks.
