Unusable taskbar in LXQt

Description

When building LXQt "by the book", the taskbar does not show any application icon. Also, libsysstat is not found by lxqt-panel

I have not tried to build LXQt in /usr, only in /opt. The kf5 application kwindowsystem installs its plugins in /opt/lxqt/lib/plugins, and use QT_PLUGIN_PATH to find them. Since we do not set QT_PLUGIN_PATH, window management lacks some features...

For libsysstat, there is a missing -DCMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR=lib in the libsystat instructions, and the library gets installed in lib64 (this is not a symlink when installing to /opt).
