Description
If confirmed by somebody else / another browser, I suggest we comment the Note rather than remove it.

Works for me, I commented the note at revision 17984.

Tried on firefox and qupzilla. In both cases, I've been asked whether I wanted to download or open the file. When choosing download (to /sources directory) , I got a file of type "bzip2 compressed data, block size = 900k".
