DocBook-utils is listed as a dependency of GConf, but the best I can tell GConf looks for db2html and nothing from the Docbook-utils package.

db2html is another name for the docbook2html script provided by the DocBook-utils package. DocBook-utils instructions has been updated to optionally create the alternate names.
