Consider adding gspell (might be a drop in replacement for gtkspell, needs investigation)

Description
I'm creating this ticket as a reminder to consider adding gspell to the book. At this time, it appears to be a drop in replacement for gtkspell, which the following packages can use:
evolution pidgin gedit
I know that I saw more the other day, but will take a look later on.
