LibreSSL needs OpenNTPD as a time reference.

Description
As LibreSSL is being quoted, in the book, as an alternative, required dependency for OpenSSH, then surely it should be mentioned, somewhere, that ntp won't build with LibreSSL support. LibreSSL either requires patching, or OpenNTPD must be used instead of ntp.

LibreSSL is an external reference. It would get us into a real support problem if we started to document dependencies of external references. It users use external packages, it's up to them to figure out depencies, patches, etc.
Feel free to add the into to the user notes.
