Updated BLFS to GStreamer-0.8.7 and moved the instructions to Chapter 37.

Version increment to 0.8.7
Also going to check the reports that GStreamer builds without a stitch of GNOME installed. If so, GStreamer probably needs to be moved out of the GNOME-2 section into the multimedia section. If it is moved, GST-Plugins will follow.
