Add Orca and Rygel (GNOME modules)

Two new modules are needed for gnome-shell to not complain upon startup. These two modules both have a purpose:
Orca: Screen Reader / Magnifier -- used for accessibility purposes (might even help me with my eye...). I know that we have a lot of users who require extra accessibility features, and this would fit the bill for all DEs (where to put this?)
Rygel can go into the Multimedia section. It's purpose is to provide video services to other devices over the uPNP Framework. From it's website:
User Features There are many DLNA/UPnP devices on the market, such as the Sony Playstation 3, smartphones, Microsoft XBox 360, DLNA speakers, and TVs from Sony and Samsung, with more expected. Rygel allows a user to: Browse and play media stored on a PC via a TV or PS3, even if the original content is in a format that the TV or PS3 cannot play. Easily search and play media using a phone, TV, or PC. Redirect sound output to DLNA speakers.
I haven't looked at the dependencies for either yet. I plan to implement these after I have finished updating GNOME.
I would also like to give props to archetech and spiky in IRC for letting me know about this before I got to gnome-shell.
