libfame needs patch

Description ¶
There's something wrong with the creation of the libfame library when compiled using gg-3.4.x. This was noticed during the configuration stage of gst-plugins. gst-plugins is able to discover libfame-config but cannot use libfame due to:
/usr/lib/libfame.so: undefined reference to `_mmx_one'
