Description
A while ago I started to build this separately from qt5, using the separate download from upstream. I do that because it often breaks (it had a chequered introduction to BLFS). Meanwhile fedora did not update their general qt5 packages for 5.8 (I think they were too close to a release), but they did update this one on top of the older qt because it contained a vulnerability fix.
Building separately doesn't solve all the pain (it still takes over an hour with -j8 on my fastest machine), but when it does break I save the time of having to build all of qt5 again - 20 minutes on the same machine (in the complete build qtwebengine seems to get built at the end).
If nobody objects, I'll do this.

No problem. I think it is a good addition.
