Nico's patch works and should probably be included in the book so that configure can properly discover the DSSSL stylesheets. Additionally, it should be documented in the instructions to remove the OpenSP definitions from the system SGML catalogs so that configure can properly discover 'DocBook V3.1'.

Updated to PostgreSQL-7.4.6 (wouldn't you know it, the last thing I did before committing the 7.4.5 change was make sure the download locations were valid. They didn't work. Hmmmmm...)
A few hours before, 7.4.6 was released.....Had to redo the update. Noticed that the bootscripts wouldn't show status nor stop the database. Turns out root can no longer run the pg_ctl program, so the bootscript needed modifications.
