Changed version to 0.10.1 instead of 1.0PR as the later format version won't change until stable release.
Changed installation prefix to /usr since Firefox doesn't conflict with Mozilla anymore.

Version increment. Disabled typeaheadfind extension as it's obsolete and causes some nasty bugs.
