The download URL in the book is outdated (and does not work anylonger).

See ​https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Projects/SpiderMonkey/Releases/38

They refer to the Mozilla releases including the JS which seems to be no longer released as a standalone package.
