Book reference to CD http://lfs.osuosl.org/lfs/view/6.0/chapter01/bootcd.html does not include link to where to obtain CD http://lfs.osuosl.org/lfs/packages.html.

seems to be the only available copy of the actual current CD
or perhaps should link to the directory

Because there are more than one LFS livecd, but according to quadrata (Jeremy Huntwork) this is the one to use, and it is currently the most recent. At least one other one doesn't boot on scsi systems, where this one is supposedly able to.
