Description
On the page that lists "Installing Util-linux": I think the section labeled "Installation of Util-linux" should come before the section labeled "FHS compliance notes", as it has been done with other packages

The FHS compliance notes here need to be in front as they require the editing of a source file before compilation and so this is the most sensible place to put them.
