Add package versions to the install pages

Description
Now that the package versions are entities, it'd be quite easy to maintain them so that at the top of each install page it would say:
Installation of Bash-2.05
instead of the current
Installation of Bash
This would make it easier to see which version the book is referring to rather than having to flick back to the download page. Comments?
