Fix package sizes

Description
Some have a higher precision than others. Some are rounded off to the nearest Kilobyte, others have two decimal places.
Let's just make it nice and easy and round them all off to the nearest kilobyte. This doesn't need to be rocket science.

I've just been rounding to the nearest KB when I add packages so I agree with this. I've changed index.xml so that all packages are rounded to this. Done. (except in cases where files are <1KB)
