Here is the introduction as it exists now:
"It is time to create some structure in the LFS file system. Create a directory tree. Issuing the following commands will create a standard tree:"
The 2nd sentence could perhaps be combined with the next one yielding the following:
Create a standard directory tree by issuing the following commands:

I'll force a singular form of user by changing other to another.
but cannot remove other users' files from them but cannot remove another user's files from them

Also noted in this section is the following text:
"but cannot remove other users' files from them."
Probably better is to move the apostrophe in users' to user's.
The point being is that user's is being used as possesive here, so user's would be the possesive of user.
Perhaps debatable about the singular/plural use of user/users, however considering that "other people's views" is typically the way things are done, I think that "user's" is more grammatically correct.
