Reported by: gerard@… Owned by: gerard@…
Priority: lowest Milestone:
Component: Book Version: CVS
Severity: normal Keywords:

Description

vim.1 -> vi.1 gcc.1 -> cc.1 bison.1 -> yacc.1

(we create the symlinks vi, cc and yacc, but the man pages don't work)

and of course check if any other symlinks should have a man page symlink going along with it

I'm not totally convinced it should be done. If we do it, it has to be complete, making links to man sh works, info sh, and so forth. 4 extra commands to install bash, just to get the 'sh' man and info pages working. I don't want to deal with it now, there's always later

I still don't think it's a good idea to do.
