Noted in the short description of bashbug:

"A shell script to help the user compose and mail bug reports concerning bash in a standard format"

I had to read this sentence several times to figure out what it meant. I kept trying to figure out what "bash in a standard format" was. :-)

Perhaps rewording the sentence will clarify it some. I suggest:

A shell script to help the user compose and mail standard formatted bug reports concerning bash.
