Description

Noted in the 2nd paragraph of this section:

"For more information, see the bash info page, section Readline Init File. The readline info page is also a good source of information."

I'm not sure what the policy is, I'm just going on what I have seen throughout the book. I'm not trying to "make work" for you guys, I'm simply trying to make the book consistent throughout the text.

Anyway, should "bash" be encapsulated with <command> tags, and should readline be incapsulated with <filename class='libraryfile'> tags?

Randy, you're the one doing all the hard work by reviewing all this stuff so thoroughly! Applying the changes is far less work. Anyway, agreed - those things should have the correct markup around them.
