mklost+found is moved to /sbin - i believe FHS suggests this, am not 100% sure, so check, then write in lfs-book why it's mv'ed

FHS states "system administration programs that are required for system repair, system recovery, mounting /usr, or other essential functions must be placed in /sbin".

I'll add a comment to this effect when we re-open cvs.

now is the question remains, is mklost+found considered such a program.

As it appears that mklost+found isn't needed for mke2fs or fsck (see thread on lfs-discuss) I'm about to submit a patch to remove the moving of it to /sbin. The patch will affect e2fsprogs-inst.xml and update the changelog.
