Suggesting to run the Bzip2 testsuite is unnecessary

Description
In both Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of the book, it says that after running "make" on Bzip2 you can run "make test" to run the testsuite. This does work fine, but it is redundant, since plain old "make" builds the program then runs the testsuite anyway.

Well spotted Chris - I didn't even realise my build scripts didn't have the 'make test' command in them!
