Description
We are seeing too many people opening frivolous tickets for no reason lately - Here's a good example. An LFS Trac admin should disable anon users from opening new tickets.

Thanks guys. I've now disabled anonymous ticket creation, but not for the reason Chris gave (a determined user will register and still be able to create a "bogus" ticket). Alexander's point of not being able to append to tickets once they had been created was a pretty fundamental flaw. Anonymous users now just have read-only access to the tickets, roadmap, etc. A "Register" link is available to such users so they can create their own login then create and edit tickets.

+1, for a different reason. Collecting additional information even for valid tickets submitted by anonymous users is impossible because only a few people can currently append to tickets.
