make localstatedir=/var/lib/misc
and
make libexecdir=/usr/bin localstatedir=/var/lib/misc install
Doing so, locatedb is installed as /var/lib/misc/locatedb
add alternatives if people don't like the FHS's suggestion for using a 'lib'
dir for non libraries.
