Description
As well as the fixes for su -c, some configury changes (how building without nls is achieved , and for BSD, so hopefully this won't impact us), and updated (utf8) man pages and messages.

I forgot to mention in the previous entry that the installation of 4.0.15 was on a new LFS installation and this new system is performing reliably. The LFS version is SVN-20060322.

I have installed the new 4.0.15 version and everything appears well. The existing instructions work, including linking to CrackLib and the suppression of groups stuff and other man pages.
There is a new program installed, chgpasswd, but unfortunately no manpage is included.
BLFS will be ready to update as soon as LFS moves to this version.
