Glibc 2.4 libidn tarball extracts to wrong location

Description
glibc-libidn-2.4.tar.bz2 extracts to glibc-2.4/glibc-libidn-2.4 while a few headers refer to glibc-2.4/libidn (without the version).
libidn is found by glibc but some .h files have libidn (without version) hardcoded. Changing glibc-2.4/glibc-libidn-2.4 to glibc-2.4/libidn solves the problem. Another fix would be to change the .h files but this is easier.

LFS doesn't use glibc-2.4, it uses glibc-2.3.6 therefore this bug is invalid.
