Description
Add md5sums for packages. Useful general inforamtion and will help some automation tasks.

Admittedly, my first incentive for getting this in was for the use of jhalfs, and even then when I brought up the idea, all I wanted was a static MD5SUMS file. See this thread:

Since we provide direct links to upstream tarballs now, having a md5sum available is a nice extra for the users. They can confirm that they're getting the same package the devs got. Of course it's not necessary, but it may be useful to many.
jhalfs will greatly benefit from it. And since it is designed partly as a tool to help devs build and test quicker and more accurately, I think it's justified. You may want to consider it for CLFS as well, since jhalfs now includes a module to build that, too.
Is this to support LFS or ALFS. I don't see the reason to have this in the book myself.
