Seems to be because the i18 patch updates C source, on which the man pages nominally depend, and we don't have help2man. Suggested fix is to touch man/*.1 after applying the patch. I haven't checked if any other patches cause man pages to be trashed.

All the other man pages from patched packages are ok.
