Description
The sanity check that appears at the bottom of chapter 5 "Adjusting the Toolchain" is duplicated via XInclude on GCC pass 2 a few pages later. Whilst the duplication is not necessarily a problem, the text refers to "Building TCL in the next section..." - however, TCL has already been built by the time the reader reaches GCC pass 2.
