Impossible examples for tzselect output

Description

The LFS book uses the "EST5EDT" and "Canada/Eastern" examples for "tzselect" output. However, it is impossible to achieve such output from "tzselect".

Well, actually possible by choosing option 11, "I want to specify the time zone using the Posix TZ format", in which case the instructions about /etc/localtime simply don't apply (try setting the timezone to "FOO5BAR" to see how the "cp" command fails).

How about replacing the text with:

After answering a few questions about the location, the script will output the name of the time zone (e.g., America/Chicago). Then create the /etc/localtime file by running:

And the trailing text with:

Replace <xxx> with the name of the time zone that tzselect provided (e.g., America/Chicago). Other POSIX compatible time zone files such as GMT can be found in the /usr/share/zoneinfo directory.
