Description
New version, which just contains an update to address in the doc/fdl.texi file. Given that the version is 4.8a but the directory it extracts its contents to is texinfo-4.8, I think this will break jhalfs.

That isn't an issue for jhalfs, the directory name is obtained from tar output due that there is a precedent: the Vim package is named vim-7.0.tar.bz2 but it extract to vim70.
