Switch all text back from third person to second person pronouns

Description
We should switch back to second person pronouns throughout the entire book. The third person pronouns that are used right now make the book too distant and impersonal.

Milestone could be set back to 6.5, but I'll leave it at 7.0 for now. It won't have to be a blocker to get version 6.5 out if this ticket isn't closed yet.
