gcc 4.2.1 make bootstrap is missing

Description
The GCC 4.2.1 pass 1 should be a make bootstrap. only a make in given. Or is this changed in gcc 4.2.x ?

What ticket was this a duplicate of? In any case, if you look at the paragraph above the 'make' command, it explains that this will do the equivalent of the old 'make bootstrap' command.
