Current lfs lists download location for file-4.23 at ​ftp://ftp.gw.com/mirrors/pub/unix/file/file-4.23.tar.gz

This does not exist, the correct url is ​ftp://ftp.gw.com/mirrors/unix/file/file-4.23.tar.gz

(Note /pub does not appear in url)
