#2186 closed defect (fixed)

/dev/kmsg as a static node?

Description

Udev-122 contains the code that opens /dev/kmsg and writes a string there at startup. Obviously, this can work only if /dev/kmsg is created as a static node.

patrakov@home:~$ ls -l /dev/kmsg
crw-rw---- 1 root root 1, 11 May 21 19:25 /dev/kmsg
