Hi,
I am new to linux from scratch, I have already downloaded the LFS live cd and was able to boot from that. Now I need to create lfs from this, so assist me in creating a lfs.

Please use the LFS-Support mailing list for questions. However, you'll need to do better with your questions, at least to the point of asking why xyz failed when you tried it. You don't even mention what you are having difficulty with.
Reading your message it appears you haven't even tried to read and understand the book. You'll not get much help asking support questions like this.
