Link to v1.5 is broken. Either fix link or link to latest version 1.6.
mktemp download directory: ftp://ftp.mktemp.org/pub/mktemp/ v1.5 located in OLD

Please disregard Williams comments as he apparently did not read the ticket hard enough to realize that the ticket is for the stable (6.3) book, which indeed does have a broken link to the mktemp package which is indeed a package built in Chapter 6.
This needs to be identified in the Errata page.
