In my comments on #2218, Mktemp is mentioned in the dependices.

And I thought all mktemp package referinces were removed.

Randy, sorry for treading on your toes on this one too. I didn't realise that this had been reported by William twice (here and in 2218).

Anyway, closing this off now. Hope r8692 doesn't cause too much of a headache for your current patch queue.

In the future, William, please do not report the same issue in more than one ticket as it makes it more difficult for the editors to coordinate who has to apply the fix.
