There is now a M4 1.4.12. Upgrade or not?

I have a build brewing right now and I don't see any issues with this update for 6.4.

This is a continuation of the mentioned thread, and all packages may have been mentioned. I'm also not if this post belongs here or in ticket #2218 (Dependencies need updating). Anyhow, hope this helps.

Snip of code to try and find hard coded m4 references:

May we append flex to m4's must be insalled before list too?

Well, it's grey. I don't know the editorial process, but to me it seems like the ticket holder probably handles all book related updates regarding a package.

And... I was basically trying to contribute and to see if the _ticket holder_ or an editor or saw fit to point me elsewhere.
