Description
tcl-8.5.5 has a paragraph that starts out:
"The Tcl test suite is known to experience failures under certain host conditions that are not fully understood. Therefore, test suite failures here are not surprising, and are not considered critical."
When upgrading to 8.5.5, the test suite ran perfectly for me:
all.tcl: Total 24296 Passed 23190 Skipped 1106 Failed 0
We do not have the warning in BLFS. This is just a placeholder so the issue is not forgotten. The question is should we just remove the quoted sentence?

Changed wording introducing test suites in Chapter 5.
Fixed in revision 8724.

The note serves no useful purpose because we do not recommend running test suites in Chapter 5. If there are any other notes about test suites in Chapter 5, IMO, they should be removed unless they relate to the tests that are later run in Chapter 6.
