Description
New version. Release announcement at http://marc.info/?l=linux-hotplug&m=124683619510125&w=2
Also, a change in -143 that I didn't see: writing_udev_rules is now installed by udev (into ${docdir}/writing_udev_rules/index.html; I believe ${docdir} is /usr/share/doc/udev-xxx), so we can kill the manual "install" run that we do.

Now -145, fixing a possible crash when workers are busy and rules are changed (something to do with killing off the workers to re-read the rules caused the main udevd process to crash).
This probably only affects us on the first boot, when rules for CD devices are regenerated (since we pregenerate net-device rules files), or when a user drops a rule into place at an extremely bad time.
