BDB should be removed from LFS

Description
Because we build GDBM for man-db now, there is no longer a need for BDB (I cannot see justifying keeping it there just to build the arpd binary). After removing BDB a note and patch needs to be added to the iproute instructions. Here's an example of how we used to do it:
