Moved several entries in Acknowledgments to Former Team Member status in revision 9019.

Matt, go ahead and close this if you are satisfied. I have no way of knowing the status of Translators or Mirror Maintainers.

I don't know how we track the status of translators or mirror maintainers either. I guess, if they want to be included on the list of acknowledgements, they can write in and request it and/or announce their services.
